MT Alpha Cycling is a community-first cycling organization creating spaces where women+, girls+, and non-binary riders can learn, grow, lead, and belong.
Through group rides, skills clinics, youth programs, mentorship, and community events, we create opportunities to build confidence, develop skills, and find connection through cycling.
Because getting more people on bikes isn’t just about the ride.
It’s about creating a cycling community where more people feel like they belong.

Cycling has the power to transform lives.
It builds confidence. It creates friendships. It encourages us to push beyond what we thought was possible.
For many riders, finding a welcoming place in a historically male-dominated sport can be difficult. MT Alpha was created to change that.
We provide opportunities for women+, girls+, and non-binary riders to build skills, explore new trails, challenge themselves, and support one another both on and off the bike.
WHAT WE DO
Adult Riders
Weekly group rides, skills clinics, race support, and year-round community for riders of all experience levels.
JUNIOR Riders
Girls+ mountain bike programs that build confidence, leadership, technical skills, and lifelong friendships through small-group coaching and trail-based learning.
COACHES & VOLUNTEERS
Dedicated ride leaders, coaches, parents, and volunteers who help create safe, supportive, and empowering experiences for every rider.
